At Hazlu Inc., we want to provide our customers with the utmost confidence in the quality and reliability of our products and systems. It's important to emphasize that our products must undergo proper manufacturing and installation for optimal performance. We kindly request our customers to diligently monitor the performance of our products throughout their lifespan and to promptly report any signs of malfunction to the original seller, including our team of designers, construction companies, and independent representatives, based on their availability. Please be aware that any alterations made to the installation of our product will completely void the warranty. Any costs associated with restoring the product to proper working conditions due to such alterations will be the responsibility of the customer, even if the repairs are conducted by our team. This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser.

Warranty Coverage

All our products come with a six-month, no-cost repair period for any product defects.

After this initial period, a site visit for inspection and any necessary labor required for repairs will incur an additional cost, which will be communicated to the customer for prior approval.
